Terms of Service

Service terms for website use, project cooperation, product delivery, and compliance-sensitive mobile operations.

These terms serve as a baseline website agreement and should be reviewed alongside project contracts, statements of work, platform requirements, and local legal advice where needed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Beijing Junjian Technology Co., Ltd. for services, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable to the website and pre-contract communication. Formal project work may be governed by separate commercial agreements that override these website terms where expressly stated.

2. Service Scope

Services may include mobile application development, mobile game development, live operations, publishing support, monetization planning, compliance review support, and technical consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance standards shall be defined in a project-specific statement of work or equivalent written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, lawful content, authorized materials, platform account access where necessary, and timely decisions on release, compliance, and monetization strategy. Clients must not request features or operating practices that violate platform rules, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

4. Developer Policy Compliance

Where our services involve SDK integration, permissions handling, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, or data processing, implementation should be reviewed against current developer policy rules and the intended business model. We may recommend changes, refuse risky implementations, or require written confirmation where compliance exposure exists.

5. Google Play and App Store Adaptation

Products intended for Google Play or the App Store must satisfy relevant store rules at the time of submission and while live. This includes truthful metadata, lawful content, subscription clarity, billing rule compliance, privacy disclosure accuracy, age suitability, and proper user account handling. Final approval remains subject to platform review and platform discretion.

6. Monetization Platform Adaptation

If a product uses ad networks, mediation layers, in-app purchase frameworks, subscription tools, or payment partners, the product owner is responsible for ensuring that business operations, disclosures, and commercial conduct align with all partner terms. We may implement technical hooks and compliance-aware configurations, but continued use of third-party platforms is subject to those providers’ policies and approvals.

7. Privacy and Data Protection Obligations

Each party is responsible for privacy and data protection obligations that apply to its role. Product owners should maintain appropriate privacy notices, consent mechanisms, data processing records, and user-rights response procedures. Where we act as a service provider or processor, additional contractual terms may apply.

8. Global Age and Audience Management

Products targeting multiple jurisdictions should adopt age classification, age-screening, child-directed safeguards, and audience controls suitable for the relevant market. Features involving chat, user-generated content, personalized advertising, or payments may require stricter limitations for younger audiences.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing tools, methods, know-how, reusable frameworks, and non-client materials remain the property of their original owner. Project-specific deliverables, ownership transfer, licenses, and reuse rights must be defined in contract documents. Third-party assets and SDKs remain subject to their own license terms.

10. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an as-is basis. Commercial discussions, timelines, launch outcomes, approval expectations, and market performance projections are informational only and do not constitute guaranteed results unless expressly committed in signed agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beijing Junjian Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use or preliminary communication. Project liability, indemnities, and remedies should be defined in the governing commercial agreement.
